One of the biggest names in Christian music, for KING + Country, dazzles with their “ A Drummer Boy Christmas: Live’ concert film. The film’s short trailer gives audiences a look at the awe-inspiring spectacle. This promises to be a film that all will enjoy, perfect for the Christmas season.

Christmas is a season to celebrate and recognize the birth of Jesus Christ. Born to a virgin in a lowly manger surrounded by barnyard animals, that child would eventually grow up and willingly sacrifice Himself on the cross for the sins of humanity. We now have hope and a future because of Him and what he did for you and me.

In addition to rightfully celebrating Christ’s birth, Christmas is full of traditions, often including watching Christmas-themed films. Popular titles include “Home Alone,” “A Christmas Story,” “Christmas Vacation” and “Die Hard” (and yes, it is a Christmas movie!). Now, it appears there is one more film that is soon likely to be watched by families and friends every year around the holiday season: “for KING + COUNTRY’s A Drummer Boy Christmas: Live.” The nearly two-minute trailer is a feast for the eyes.

Through storytelling and fantastic stage production, the film looks to tell the story of Christ’s birth. That world-changing and life-saving birth completely altered the course of human history. Nothing would ever be the same after that child’s birth. 

The concert film is described as “a sonic journey that blends the sights and sounds of the season with the musical mastery, heartwarming storytelling, and dazzling production the duo (Joel and Luke Smallbone) is renowned for.”
