Musically Gifted Pup’s Passionate and Hilarious Performance

If you need a good laugh, then check out this video. An adorable rescue dog named Georgia the Greyhound is sitting down in her bed. The background is playing opera, and what happens next is incredible. Watch this musically gifted pup’s passionate and hilarious performance.

Georgia responds to the vocalist playing in the background. When the opera singer sings, the dog tries to match the pitch and sing back to the owner. Although it does not sound like the most beautiful sound that you have ever heard, the pup is giving it her all. She is hilariously responding to the music. Georgia has a voice that is worth hearing. Her dog voice is operatic and sounds like a mix between singing and howling. It is so funny to listen to her version of this song.

The caption below the video says, “Queen of the Night.” Georgia is stealing the show with her original performance. The dog is humorous in the way that she reaches upwards with her head as she sings. This video has gone viral online for obvious reasons. It is not every day that you hear a dog attempt to sing opera. Sometimes, life can be hard, but moments like this can give us a laugh in the midst of the challenges. Laughter is a gift from the Lord, and we are invited to laugh in Scripture. The Lord Himself has a sense of humor and created humor. May we feel empowered to watch this dog and “roll over” in laughter ourselves as we enjoy the comedy of Georgia’s opera night, where she takes the stage at home. May this dog remind us to laugh.

“Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, ‘The Lord has done great things for them.’” Psalm 126:2
