An adorable little girl melts hearts while she helps her mom with the dishes. The child offers and gives her assistance as her mother puts away the dishes from the dishwasher. Check out the short but sweet video of a child doing what she can to help around the house.

Household chores are not and likely never will be enjoyable. No one likes obligations or tasks that feel like necessities, but that is exactly what chores are, which is likely why there is often much grumbling whenever one of those much-maligned and despised jobs is mentioned.

Sure, some of those tasks are better and less horrible than others. Taking out the trash will always be preferable to vacuuming the entire house. But for the most part, they are all jobs everyone hates, often with a burning passion. However, like every other obligation and requirement, they must be completed regardless of how we feel about them.

But a cute video posted on YouTube shows a little lady who does not mind helping with the dishes. One could easily argue that she enjoyed helping her mother with the dishes. Without even being asked, the child started offering her assistance with those dishes.

In the clip, the toddler makes her way to the open dishwasher, surprising her mother with her offer of help. Once the child realizes and understands the task, she dives right in and starts helping the best she can.

She grabs a plate and puts it into her mother’s outstretched hand. Heartwarmingly, she repeats this task repeatedly without even the slightest bit of grumbling or complaining. She simply wants to help and be close to her mother.

What a cute video and precious moment of a mother and her little girl. Mom better cherish these moments because I believe the child won’t always feel the same way about doing the dishes as she ages.
