1 Man Sings Worship-Filled Version Of 'Jesus Paid It All'

Check out this wonderful video of one man singing a worship filled version of the hymn ‘Jesus Paid It All.’

“I hear the Savior say, thy strength indeed is small;
Child of weakness, watch and pray, find in Me thine all in all.
Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe; sin had left a crimson stain,
He washed it white as snow”

What a wonderful rendition of this classic hymn! In the video, Brian Nhira is singing while Kevin Rooney is playing the guitar. They both are so talented!

“From his show choir performances in high school to his time as a member of the College Singers at Oral Roberts University, Brian Nhira’s life has and continues to be defined by his love for music,” reads the bio on his YouTube page. “Nhira garnered international attention when he captivated audiences with his riveting blind audition on NBC’s Emmy Award winning show ‘The Voice,’ and successfully navigated his way to the live rounds of the hit talent competition. Nhira's recent music has charted on the Global Top 100 Pop Songs and his videos have racked up over 100 million collective views.”

And when it comes to ‘Jesus Paid It All,’ this popular hymn has stood the test of time and still inspires people today. It was written back in 1865 by Elvina M. Hall, and the song celebrates the total sufficiency of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross to save us from sin.

Elvina M. Hall was a 47-year-old widow, and one Sunday morning, her thoughts began to wander while sitting in a choir loft at the Monument Methodist Episcopal Church in Baltimore, Maryland. A poem came to her and she decided to write it down on the blank flyleaf of her hymnal. John Grape, the church organist, ended up writing the music for the poem, and the two worked together to create the hymn that we all know and love today!

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this rendition of ‘Jesus Paid It All’ and it was able to bring you some encouragement!
