'Be Thou My Vision' Violin Performance From Taryn Harbridge

Check out this wonderful video of a violin performance of the hymn ‘Be Thou My Vision’ from Taryn Harbridge.

“Be Thou my vision, O Lord of my heart
Nought be all else to me, save that Thou art
Thou my best thought, by day or by night
Waking or sleeping, Thy presence my light”

This music video is so lovely and shows beautiful snowy scenes along with Taryn playing her violin in the forest. As she plays between the snowy trees, you can see the joy that it brings her to make such beautiful music!

“Hello everyone! Here is my rendition of the beautiful hymn ‘Be Thou My Vision.’ I hope you enjoy! I had so much fun with this project and after a few weeks of work, I'm so happy to finally share it with you. I experimented with the arrangement a bit and also composed the fiddle tune,” writes Taryn in the caption of the YouTube video.

Taryn is a talented violinist who does covers of Christian hymns, composes her own music, and makes music videos to go with them. “My ultimate goal in making music videos is to glorify God, encourage and uplift the body of Christ, and to share the Good News of the gospel with the world,” she writes on her YouTube channel.

Many people online shared their thoughts about the video and how much they enjoyed watching it.

“I’m just blown away! That intro, then the transition to the traditional part of the song and then that complete surprise twist at the end! This brought a lot of joy to me and my wife, so thank you for sharing your God given talents with the world Taryn!” writes one person online.

“The music and footage in this video are so stunningly beautiful! As always, your videos are the best! Glory be to God!” comments another person.

We hope that you enjoyed listening to this violin performance of ‘Be Thou My Vision’ today and it was able to bring you some encouragement!
