'Over The River' Pentatonix Featuring Lindsey Stirling

Listen to this amazing performance of ‘Over The River’ by Pentatonix and featuring Lindsey Stirling.

“Over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house we go
The horse knows the way to carry the sleigh through white and drifted snow
Over the river and through the woods, oh, how the wind does blow
It stings the toes and bites the nose as over the ground we go”

Pentatonix recently released an epic cover of ‘Over The River,’ and their rendition of the haunting folk song features all five members of the group. The talented violinist Lindsey Stirling is also featured in the song.

In the video, Pentatonix sounds absolutely phenomenal, and the costumes and lighting for the music video add such great drama to the performance. It is not just a treat for the ears but for the eyes as well!

The violin and cello sound wonderful together, and the way their voices blend with one another sounds so mystical and full. Pentatonix never ceases to amaze! And many of their fans online agree.

“Pentatonix has never failed to give me chills in 10 years,” comments one person after watching the music video. “They just glow no matter what they do.”

“Only they can turn a kid's song into something that is magical. Love it!” writes another person online.

The group’s rendition of ‘Over The River’ is from their new holiday album titled Evergreen. Currently, Pentatonix is on their Evergreen Christmas Tour 2021, and it has been incredibly popular with fans. The tour kicked off with a sold-out performance on opening night in Baltimore, MD on November 27th and is continuing on sellout pace through December 23rd.
