What Derrick Stroup told John Crist about ChatGPT will crack you up. Artificial intelligence is expanding and becoming more widespread in society. If you don’t think that is the case, that you’re someone who doesn’t use any AI, well, you’re sadly mistaken—ever heard of Siri, Alexa or Google Assistant? See, you’ve been using AI for several years now, and weren’t even aware of it.

Now, artificial intelligence may, at times, sound scary, and like something straight out of a Terminator movie, where all the machines are taking over. However, AI is a tool that can make tasks easier, better and more efficient. The key is knowing what AI platforms are capable of and how to best utilize them.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Derrick told John that the AI has empowered him, leading him to believe he can now do things he wouldn’t be able to do otherwise. He now has more information.

“You can use Chat to really problem-solve like that,” Derrick said. “I’ve been looking to buy a house recently. I know nothing about it, but if you put in your exact thoughts, questions, numbers, Chat will go, ‘This is what you’re looking at. This is what you should expect.’ Well, it makes the dumb have a little power. You know? I’m dangerous out here.”

Later in the clip, Derrick mentioned that how he and John would implement and use a platform like ChatGPT would be dramatically different. He would be able to figure out how to deal with people, but he would ask very pointed, direct questions of platforms like ChatGPT, such as asking it to help him learn what a 401 (k) is and how to budget for his bills.
