The world is a lost and fallen place, full of people who, unfortunately, are set on bringing about devastation and destruction. This attitude, desire, and mindset have never made sense to me, but we all know it is entirely too real. For some people, it does not matter what or who they hurt, so long as things are worse after they encounter them.

Because there are people with nefarious and devious desires in this world, security and protection are certainly needed. An entire career field - security and law enforcement- is now abundantly and wholly necessary because of this, with really two big aims: to protect the innocent and potential victims from harm and catch the offenders.  

When most people think of law enforcement and security, they likely immediately think of the men and women who work as law enforcement officers and in the military. But that is certainly not all; locations often hire security officials, including a Brooklyn museum that has a cat on its security team.

According to the video posted on YouTube, the cat protects the museum’s bone room, where many skeletal remains are housed. Apparently, this was something that urgently needed protecting and this adorable, four-legged security pro was one for the job.

Now, you’re likely wondering about the feline’s name. What does the feline security official go by? What do his co-workers call him? Well, hilariously, and most appropriately, the cat is known as “Bone Jovi.”

Security can be dirty and even a hairy job, but somebody has to do it, and Bone Jovi puts its life on the line every day to protect that collection.
