She Asks This Question—and He Knows It’s a Total Trap

She asked him this question, and he very smartly recognized it for what it is: a total and complete trap. She stated that she wanted her husband to give a completely honest response to her inquiry, but did she really? Watch the short, hilarious clip to hear the question this wife asked her husband and how he answered.

Marriage is not an easy endeavor. Anyone who says or even thinks otherwise is entirely wrong, and that is really all there is to it. Besides raising a child, most people would likely say that marriage is the toughest, most challenging thing anyone can do. It requires time, work and perseverance. If either party is not completely committed to the relationship, it’s not going to work.

Even with a heavy investment of time, work and 100 percent buy-in from both parties, no marriage will ever be perfect. There will always be fights, arguments and little tiffs here and there. That’s simply the nature of living with and being so close to someone. Fights are going to happen, so be prepared, add the word “compromise” to your vocabulary and learn how to handle conflict.

Despite the many fights that will naturally arise in a marriage, a YouTube clip shows a wife who, for whatever reason, seemed determined to find something to become upset about with her husband. She continually asked her husband to name who he thought was “the prettiest woman in the world.”

Understanding and recognizing that her question was a trap, meant to just get him in trouble, he responded as every husband would in a similar situation.

“Who do I think is the prettiest woman in the world?” he responds. “You’re the prettiest woman in the world.”

That is the correct and only answer to that question. Nevertheless, she persists, asking him again and again. However, as she does, something hilarious happens. He starts backing further and further away from her, eventually giving her an answer that upsets her, which is, I guess, what she wanted.

Genesis 2:24 “For this case will a man go away from his father and his mother and be joined to his wife; and they will be one flesh.”
