Anjelah Johnson-Reyes’ Reaction to a Massive Spider Is Hilarious

Anjelah Johnson-Reyes’ reaction to a massive spider is hilarious. The popular comedian had an understandable and hysterical response when she spotted a huge arachnid. Watch the short but uproarious clip to hear how Anjelah reacted when she came across the spider in her house.

It goes without saying that everyone has something they are afraid of, even if they refuse to admit it. While we may not like it, those fears, whatever they may be, are simply a part of being a human. So, it would make no sense for someone to claim not to be afraid of anything. I mean, no one even slightly believes the person who says this.

Sure, fear keeps us from doing and experiencing certain things in life, but they also keep us safe in many situations. For instance, the fight-or-flight response is very real and likely one we’ve experienced many times before. Anyone who doesn’t immediately run in the opposite direction when coming across a rattlesnake or something similar leaves themselves open to suffering a pretty horrific injury. We react without even thinking.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Anjelah shared how she came across a rather frightening scene in her home. She spotted a large spider and, for some reason, didn’t immediately run in the opposite direction (like I would have), but stayed to investigate the situation.

“There was a spider in my shower,” she said. “Now, this spider was so big, I thought I was interrupting him.”

Even though most people would have attempted to get rid of the spider by quickly smashing it, Anjelah could not bring herself to do that in this instance.

“If I ever have to kill a spider that big, I am morally conflicted,” she added. “Because at that point, that’s a pet. Put a collar on that thing, that’s Bubba. Bubba had plans that day. He was just getting started. He’s in the shower.”

Job 8:21 “The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.”
