‘Cookie Queens’ Reveals Sweet, Competitive World of Girl Scout Cookies

“Cookie Queens” reveals the sweet and competitive world of Girl Scout cookies. The documentary is a look at what it’s really like and what it takes to sell Girl Scout cookies. Watch the short but adorable clip to get a look at the upcoming documentary film “Cookie Queens.”

Many people have a sweet tooth, some with a considerably larger one than others. Sure, those delicious, mouth-watering and sugary treats may not be good for us, but that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with indulging every once in a while. It’s all about moderation, pacing ourselves, right? Or at least that’s what we tell ourselves, anyway.

But for many people, the concept of moderation goes right out the window when it comes to Girl Scout cookies. Even people who don’t have a sweet tooth often find it hard to resist enjoying a sleeve of Thin Mints or a handful of Samoas or Tagalongs. I know from personal experience that it’s not a good idea to leave me alone with the Lemonades or the Lemon-Ups.

But when it comes to those delectable snacks, there is so much more that the average person never sees. A new documentary, “Cookie Queens,” gives viewers an up-close look at the world of competitive cookie-selling. The film follows four young, ambitious and driven Girl Scouts – Ara, Shannon Elizabeth, Nikki and Olive.

Each of the four girls has clearly defined goals, and they will do everything in their power to make those dreams a reality. And if you don’t believe me, take it from one of the girls in the film.

“Every Girl Scout makes a goal and tries to accomplish it or go past it,” the little girl in the film’s trailer says.

But from the looks of this cute, adorable trailer, this film will be about more than just selling cookies. It will also be about community, friendship and persevering through the bad times, when those sales numbers aren’t looking real great.

“Cookie Queens,” which hits theaters in Summer 2026, is rated G.

Proverbs 27:17 “Iron makes iron sharp; so, a man makes sharp his friend.”
