Michael Jr. Shares the Joke He’ll Tell Jesus in Heaven—and It’s Hilarious
Michael Jr. shared the one joke that he’d like to tell Jesus when he gets to heaven, and it’s hilarious. The popular comedian will have you cracking up with the joke he is looking forward to telling Jesus Christ. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear the joke that will have you rolling with laughter.
Understandably, being funny is a requirement to being a stand-up comedian. That shouldn’t be much of a surprise, right? It’s essentially the entire job description for a stand-up comic. I mean, a comic’s purpose is to entertain their audience by telling jokes, and by doing that, hopefully, the people looking on laugh, at least a little bit, anyway.
While being funny is incredibly important and absolutely crucial to a comic’s success, it also helps to understand comedic timing, but even more than that, a stand-up comic who is quick on their feet will be much more successful than one who is not. Comedians must be able to respond instantly with much wit and humor, coming up with hilarity right off the top of their heads.
Michael has shown time and again how good he is on his feet, coming up with hysterical jokes and witty responses on the spot. In a clip posted on YouTube, Michael responded to an audience member’s unexpected, but incredibly interesting question in a way that had the entire audience rolling with laughter.
“What’s the first joke you’re going to tell Jesus when you get to heaven?” the woman asked Michael.
“That’s good, that’s good,” he said. “So, what I’ll probably, here’s what I’ll probably say to Him, ‘Hey, ah, You already know that one, don’t You?’”
While his answer to that question is laugh-out-loud funny, what he says after the woman tells him that she is a full-time stay-at-home mom in the opening moments of the clip is equally as funny.
Job 8:21 “The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.”
