Can you even imagine someone who wouldn’t want more of either? I don’t know about you, but that is the type of person I would try to avoid at all costs.

Now, one way to add some much-needed laughter is through jokes. Some people even make it their entire life’s work to travel around the joke and entertain audiences with their jokes. While jokes come in many shapes and forms, arguably the most common and recognizable joke is the knock-knock joke. It’s a favorite of many, and typically, the punchline is a corny, eye-rolling dad joke that’s either a pun or a play on words.

However, while knock-knock jokes are usually pretty predictable, that is not always the case. A clip posted on YouTube shows a father recalling a knock-knock joke his son told him. As most people would have in that situation, the father wasn’t expecting much when he heard the setup, but when he heard the punchline, he was referring to it as “the best knock-knock joke ever told.”

The dad says that he was doing household chores when his 6-year-old came up to him and said that familiar, recognizable punchline. But when he answered, “Who’s there?” there was no answer.

Intrigued and determined to hear the punchline, the father followed his son around the house, desperately wanting a conclusion to the joke. When he finally heard it, he was completely blown away.
