'An Unlikely Angel' Mother Gets Second Chance In Inspiring Pureflix Film - Movies

Put everything down, grab your favorite snacks and cozy pajamas and get ready for the next best film to hit the movie screen. It has romance, it shows the power of prayer and what it means to surrender to God in a world that values hustle over family. 

In ‘An Unlikely Angel’ a mother gets a second chance in this inspiring Pure Flix film. I, for one, give it five out of five stars. 

The movie centers around a woman who is a workaholic. Janie (played by Jillian Murray), a young woman who doesn’t know how to balance her marriage, new baby, and her job. 

She is so focused on getting ahead and making a career for herself that she ends up losing it all when she decides to go to work a mere twelve hours after giving birth. But then she wakes up in a coma six years later and meets her daughter for the first time. 

But once she tries to get back into hustling for her job while focusing on her future, God gives her a second chance with a strange guardian angel who opens her eyes to what it means to truly trust God to provide in all things. 

As Janie’s journey unfolds, she teaches us what it means to truly appreciate living in the here and now. And to cherish what is right in front of us. It reminds us all that we’ve never gone too far, that God can’t redeem, restore, and give us a second chance. 

Life isn’t about titles, accolades, and breaking the glass ceiling as we’ve been taught. Life is about family, relationships, love, and becoming more like Christ, and this family-friendly film will hit Pure Flix on August 26th. I for one, cannot wait to watch it.
