These Hilarious Comments are Ones to Avoid Making at a Funeral

These hilarious comments are ones to avoid making at a funeral. While they are downright hysterical, they would, without a doubt, get a lot of laughs; these statements should not be uttered at a funeral service. Watch the short but hilarious clip to hear some phrases that would get you a lot of dirty, disappointed and shocked looks if you were to say these or anything similar to them at a funeral.

Human beings are not perfect. In fact, as most people are already well aware, people are very far from anything even remotely resembling perfection. In all of history, there was only one perfect individual to have ever walked the earth and people killed Him.

The fact of the matter is, we all have our flaws, failures and blemishes that come simply from being a human living in a sinful, fallen world. There is no getting around our shortcomings or areas where we fall short of the mark. You’ve got them, and I’ve got them as well. If anyone says they don’t have places in life where they can improve, they are either lying to themselves or everyone around them.

One of the ways people fall short of the mark is in our speech, and the often thoughtless and hurtful words that exit our mouths. Some people have a knack for saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. Open mouth, insert foot is the best way to describe this type of situation.

A clip posted on YouTube captures exactly what you do not want to say at a funeral. While what she says is hysterical and absolutely hilarious, you would probably do best not to repeat any the next time you’re at a funeral.

“Daggum, Brenda, I always thought you’d go first,” she said.

“Ain’t this the same suit he got arrested in?” she added.

“He would have loved this turnout,” she said. “He loved attention.”

These are only a couple of the truly hysterical comments she rattles off.

Ephesians 4:29 “Let no evil talk come out of your mouth, but only what is good for giving necessary teaching, and for grace to those who give ear.”

A Prayer for Jesus to Calm the Storms of Life - Your Daily Prayer - May 15

We are so similar to the Twelve Disciples. When a storm comes upon us, we instantly doubt the Lord. Rather than doubting Jesus, we must trust Him. Just as He calms the roaring waters, He can also calm the storms of our lives.
