In Today's sermon, Pastor Jim Rhodes reminds us that at some point in our lives, trials will occur. Life is not always fair. People will not always treat you right. And when these things occur, we may feel depressed. In order to overcome we need to be able to accept disappointment. And to do that, we need to learn to adapt and be grateful for what we do have. When we feel depressed, Pastor gives us some "Do's" and "Don't's" to help us through those times. We are also encouraged to be aware when others are going through these difficult times and to reach out to them in their time of distress.
