Everyone loves a good family reunion. In this video, a mother and her son reunite in the church after being apart for 7 years. Taking time to watch this clip will bring up all of the feels.

Godswill Sab Uzoma is a 26-year-old from Imo State, Nigeria. He had been studying overseas in Malaysia for 7 whole years and finally made a return on Mother’s day.

We see Godswill walking through the church as his mom is being honored in front of the congregation. The family gives big smiles and embraces. The mother says, “My boy!” The congregation cheers loudly for them. The mother says, “That’s my baby there!” Then, she grabs him and walks with him as she heads to the altar.

She beautifully kneels down before the altar and sings, “Thank you Jesus.” Her boy has returned home and she is beside herself.

Afterward, the pastor and the church family honors Godswill’s mother for her hard work at the church. In the end, we see a video of a very happy mama and her son. This reunion reminds us of the great joy that the Lord will have when He welcomes us at heaven’s gates. He loves us so very much and even more than this sweet reaction of this mother, our Heavenly Father is more excited to welcome us to our eternal home.
