The Self That I Long Believe In - 3

We would like to believe in ourselves, but far too often we don't. We would like to have some sense that we have something to offer, that we have good within us, that we can make a difference, and that our lives have value. We would like to believe that we are worth being loved, that we can bring something meaningful to friendships, and that the world can be a better place because we were here. But far too often we don't believe any of that. Instead, we live out horribly marginalized lives diminished by caustic lies and crippling distortions that leave us limping through this existence rather than walking with confidence and determination.

Craig's book, "The Self That I Long to Believe In - The Challenge of Building Self-Esteem" was written to effectively help individuals overcome their low self-esteem and move into the robust life that they were designed to live. You will discover his book at Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, or wherever books are sold.

Today's Devotional

A Prayer to Give Grace to Moms This Mother's Day (and Every Day) - Your Daily Prayer - May 10

Imagine the beauty of this season if we embraced showing up without asking, speaking to effort and not just results, giving permission to not be okay, and praying for moms. Let’s be people who see the graciousness and compassion of our God and long to pour it out on others.
