コーヒーの生豆が届きました

夕方、コーヒーの生豆が届きました。 実は初めて本物を見ました。 生豆は青生臭いし、ロウソクのような固いぬるぬる感でした。 早速YouTube見ながら片手鍋焙煎(ガラス蓋付き)に挑戦し、浅煎りと中煎りらしきものを作りました。 煎っている最中は決していい匂いではない、失敗か？ 期待外れ？ 、でも冷えてしばらくするとなんかコーヒーの甘い香りが漂ってきました。 理科の実験みたいで楽しいです。#パーカーアミン
