12-Year-Old Ventriloquist Brynn Cummings Leaves The Judges In Awe

A young woman’s creative, inventive and hilarious act had the judges and the studio audience laughing and amazed on America’s Got Talent.

Most people who go on talent competition programs aspire to be singers. They want to stand on stage and share their lovely voice with the world, which is fine. However, judges likely get tired of seeing and hearing so many musicians that they yearn for something different.

Brynn Cummings, a 12-year-old girl from Michigan, gave the judges on America’s Got Talent a hilarious and awe-inspiring act. No, she didn’t sing. But instead, she wowed the entire room with her pink, furry puppet Penelope and a few magic tricks.

The young woman, with a furry, pink puppet resting on her right hand, walked out on stage and greeted the judges. After a few minutes of back-and-forth with the judges, Brynn got right into her act. Anyone who thought her act would be nothing more than several moments of jokes and banter between Brynn and her pink friend was surprised.

Instead, the young woman changed things up and approached the judges. She performed one trick involving a deck of cards and then made Sofía Vergara and Simon Cowell a part of her act. What happened next had the audience and the judges gasping and clapping in amazement.

Her short act had the entire room, including the judges, on their feet.

The 12-year-old’s act was a creative mixture of magic, ventriloquism and comedy. At her young age, Brynn was savvy enough to realize she needed to do something different to impress the judges. And it worked!

Howie Manel specifically mentioned how she brought different elements to her act, making for a wonderfully entertaining show.

Brynn, who got four enthusiastic yes votes, was overwhelmed with emotion and darted off the stage. She cries while lovingly embraced by her parents.

This young lady is not just talented but intelligent enough to bring different things to her act to make it fresh and new.
