Shelter Dog Pulls Off Daring Escape from Pen

A shelter dog pulled off a daring escape from its pen. The pup clearly had had enough of being locked up in a pen and did what it had to free itself from captivity. Watch the short but jaw-dropping clip to see this canine successfully complete an escape from its pen.

Dogs are some of the most beloved animals on Earth. After all, dogs are said to be man's best friend, not cats, rabbits or any other creature. If you've ever had a dog, you know why that old saying is so popular, because it's 100 percent true. Dogs love unconditionally, are loyal to a fault and are always head-over-heels excited whenever you walk through the door.

How can you not love dogs? They want to be with someone and somewhere where they will be loved and treated right. That's the treatment and type of environment that we all deserve, whether you're an animal or a human being. Sadly, that is not everyone's reality because we live in a broken and lost world.

A short clip posted on YouTube shows just how far one dog was willing to go to escape captivity and, hopefully, find itself a home, a place where it can be loved. The video begins with the animal, having scaled the door of its pen, peering out over the top of its pen.

At this point, the animal can see what it perceives to be freedom. It continues climbing until it reaches the point where all it has to do is jump. Once out of its pen, the animal starts to walk about the shelter.

The video also shows someone entering the room, so the dog likely quickly found itself back in its pen. But that video shows how badly that dog wants to get out, and how much shelter animals want and deserve a good, loving home.

Genesis 1:21 "And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good."
