Chad Thornsberry Plays Pictionary with His Wife and It'll Leave You Cracking Up

Chad Thornsberry played Pictionary with his wife, and it’ll leave you cracking up. The comedian hilariously shared that playing board games with his better half is not always the best idea. Watch the short but hysterical clip to find out why Chad doesn't enjoy playing games with his wife.

Marriage is a special, sacred bond between two people. Those individuals, standing before their family, friends and God, have exchanged vows to remain together, regardless of what life may throw their way. It’s a commitment, a relationship that is not intended to end until death literally separates them.

Of course, marriage requires a lot of work, time and perseverance, but anything worthwhile usually does. Despite each person being totally committed to the other, life will test that relationship in various ways. There will be ups and downs, for sure. Disagreements and arguments are inevitable. No marriage is without them. But sometimes it’s best to avoid things that cause them, such as playing board games with your spouse.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Chad shared why playing Pictionary with his wife was a bad idea. He hilariously details what happened when it was his turn to draw. His wife was left to figure out the clue, and things hilariously went south quickly.

“My turn to draw, for the win, look at the word: gorilla,” he said. “I can’t draw a gorilla. But what I can do is this: I can draw a tree, where she will guess tree. I will draw a banana in the tree. She will guess banana, and then I’m going to draw something in the tree, hanging onto the banana that looks like it’s got a head, a tail, a foot, and she’s going to go monkey. And then I’m going to give her this sign, and she’s going to click down to gorilla.”

That sounded like a great plan, but that is not how things went.

She quickly and correctly said “tree” and “banana,” and then had some trouble with “gorilla,” choosing to guess “chimpanzee” multiple times.

“She asked me, ‘What was it? It was a gorilla. Chad, that doesn’t look like a gorilla. You’re right, it doesn’t. Doesn’t look like a chimpanzee either, and you guessed that 14 times.”

Genesis 2:24 “For this cause will a man go away from his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they will be one flesh.”
