Beautiful Rendition of Adele’s ‘Someone Like You’ Wows

This young woman’s beautiful rendition of Adele’s “Someone Like You” wows and stuns. It is simply astounding. Watch the video to see her endless talent.

When artist Zoe Clark picks up that guitar, you don’t know what to expect. Her performance is nothing short of amazing. As she stands on a busy Dublin street, passersby slowly take in her voice.

She appears relaxed and lazily in tune with the music and takes Adele’s song and spins it into something that’s her own. It is more raw and stripped down. It sounds as if she fully grasps the pain in the lyrics:

"Don't forget me, " I beg
I remember you said
"Sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead"
"Sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead"

The guitar playing is clear and as pretty as her voice. Around her, the skies and street look gloomy and cold, but her voice brings pleasant warmth. When she plays, she’s in the zone.

She is completely unbothered by the busy bustle around her as she just slips into her music. She’s completely locked into the emotion of the moment. Zoe sings as though she’s singing the song to someone, delivering lyrics from her soul.

You almost have to wonder if she’s had an experience that relates to the song. It is certain that nothing about her art is flashy in any way, but it is completely beautiful and show-stopping nonetheless. She is the opposite of dramatic; she is sincere. And it is simply impossible not to notice her talent.

All in all, this is one of those striking performances that sticks in your heart long after you’ve heard it. It brims with genuine, heartfelt emotion. So, if you find that this song has stopped you in your tracks and struck a chord in you, then just let it.
