Nate Bargatze Hilariously Got This One Way Wrong
Nate Bargatze hilariously got this one way wrong. The popular funnyman admitted that he believed this thing would be part of the future. It turned out that he could not have been more wrong if he tried. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear what Nate got terribly wrong about the future.
Anyone who claims to be able to predict the future and has absolute certainty and confidence in their supposed ability is either a liar or completely delusional. Odds are, though, they are probably some combination of both. Either way – insane or delusional – they are someone to avoid because more often than not, they are going to be proven incorrect in their assumptions.
The fact of the matter is that no one knows what will happen in 10 minutes, let alone 10 years from now. Sure, we may have a guess and an idea of how things may play themselves out, but we will not be entirely correct. Life can and does take some crazy twists and turns. So, best to be prepared for anything, right?
In a clip posted on YouTube, Nate explains that, as a child, he believed learning how to type was a waste of time for him and everyone else who was attempting to learn that skill. Why learn how to do that when cursive is so clearly the way of the future, he thought. According to Nate, as a child, everyone would write in pretty squiggly letters. It turns out he was more than a little off with this prediction.
“I took a typing class in seventh grade,” Nate said. “That’s how, and I thought it was a waste of my time. I, in my head, I was like, ‘Who’s going to be typing?’”
Well, we can’t always be correct. In fact, we’ll likely be wrong a lot more than we are ever right about things.
Job 8:21 “The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.”
