While most students and parents interact only with the teachers, many others help ensure the school runs smoothly. Running a school efficiently and effectively requires a lot of people, including janitors, kitchen staff and school administrators. Essentially, these people are the backbone, the individuals who do not get near the amount of credit they deserve.

When it comes to school administrators, they have extremely important jobs. They ensure all files and paperwork are correct, so every student and teacher has what they need to be successful. If not for them and their hard work and extreme and diligent attention to detail, every other person’s job would be significantly more difficult.

A hysterical clip posted on YouTube captures the importance of a school administrator’s work. This young lady knows her job inside and out, and even backward and forward. The video starts with the tiny school administrator dressing down the woman behind the camera. She informs the woman behind the camera that because of her actions, the school is now on lockdown, strictly as a precaution. But it’s abundantly clear that she will not tolerate such carelessness in the future.

Later in the video, the school administrator proceeds to ask a laundry list of questions about the woman behind the camera and her daughter, whom she wants to enroll in kindergarten. These questions, which at first seem unnecessary, are important to determine how and what she will do in the classroom.

By the end of the long, drawn-out set of questions, the school administrator and the woman behind the camera are on much better terms than when they first started.
