Greg Warren has completely stopped taking your barbecue advice. The popular funnyman refuses to listen to anyone whenever it comes to barbecue, and he hilariously explained why that is now his default move. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear about Greg’s love of barbecue and also why he does not care what you and I have to say about it.

The world might be hyper-polarized and extremely divisive on, well, just about everything. Reaching a consensus on even the most insignificant and mundane subject is nearly impossible today. Even if 99 out of 100 people agree on something, there will always be one person who, for whatever reason, feels differently and absolutely refuses to budge. Forget asking that person to compromise even a little bit, because it’s not going to happen.

Even though that is the current state of our world, we will always have barbecue. Everybody loves barbecue. How could there ever be disagreements about barbecue? Well, that’s true unless you count all the many different ways that it’s prepared throughout the United States, which lovers of a particular style of barbecue will defend to the death. See, we can’t even agree on barbecue.

Anyway, Greg, like most of the population, loves barbecue. In fact, in a clip posted on social media, he mentioned that whenever he’s out on tour, he tries to have barbecue at least once a week. However, just don’t try to tell him where to go to get some good barbecue; you’ll just be wasting your breath.

“And before you start, I’m not going to listen to you,” he said. “Like, I just, I don’t ask locals anymore because they don’t want you to go somewhere close. Like, it’s never, ‘Hey, man, I saw this place, it was right by my hotel.’”

Later in the hilarious video, he added how locals always want to send you on some wild expedition that will send you out into the middle of nowhere.
