Children are only little for a short time, as parents know all too well. Those little ones are constantly moving, learning and growing. Most parents would likely give anything in the world to return to a time when their children were little, even for a few moments.

Blink, and their childhood is over. Do it again, and they are packing up the car and pulling out of the driveway, ready to start their own life. That’s why parents must take every opportunity to make memories with their children. Those times are fleeting, and you’ll never get them back once they are gone.

A clip posted on YouTube shows a mother and her young daughter making memories by playing an adorable game. The child sits near the camera in the video while the mother sits a few feet behind her daughter. The mother-daughter duo then goes on to play a dancing/moving-type game.

As children so often want to do, the child is in control and calls the shots. The child and the mother will dance around for a few seconds, and the little girl unexpectedly yells, “Stop.” Both mother and daughter then must freeze in whatever position they are in at the time.

It doesn’t appear to be a complicated game, with only one rule – one must stop when that word is blurted out. However, it’s unclear how one wins or how points are scored. But that does not matter. What matters is that a mother and daughter enjoy each other’s company while making memories.
