5-Year-Old Plays Piano with Stunning Precision and Passion

A 5-year-old plays piano with stunning precision and passion. The little guy shows he has truly been gifted with eye-popping musical talent beyond his young age. Watch the short but awe-inspiring clip to hear and see this young man play the piano with the skill of someone much older than him.

Musicians are a talented and skilled group of people; there is no debate about that. Routinely, musicians will leave you completely and utterly blown away by their masterful performance with this or that instrument. Or maybe you’ll be near tears following a stunningly beautiful duet or solo rendition of a beloved song.

To play that beautifully and perform that well requires an incredible amount of intense, highly focused practice, hard work and determination. Not many people can pick up an instrument and play as if they’ve been doing so for years. But what about the people who can do that? A clip posted on YouTube tells of a young man, a 5-year-old, who is, without a doubt, a piano prodigy.

Alec Khajadourian appears to have a natural gift and talent for the piano. He seems to have been immediately drawn to the instrument. The clip shows the now-5-year-old as a baby standing at the piano, pounding on the keys, getting a feel for the instrument. Even at that young age, he was evidently interested in the piano, and that interest has only grown over the years.

The video explains that Alec is already an award-winning pianist at just 5 years old and is set to play at Carnegie Hall in New York City and the Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, California.

Alec, his mother explains, has perfect pitch and can easily replicate a note.

“Whatever note he hears, he can identify perfectly,” Alec’s mother said. “He can sing it or play it.”

This young man is thoroughly impressive, and seeing what he can accomplish as he grows and develops musically will be exciting.

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”
