Life is a journey full of ups and downs, unexpected stops and more than a couple of detours. We may have goals and a plan of action for reaching them, but often life has other thoughts and ideas. A woman, Jessica Sanchez, who stepped out onto the America’s Got Talent stage, knows all about the curveballs that life often throws our way. During her back-and-forth with the judges, she reveals that she had actually auditioned for the popular program during its inaugural season, 20 years earlier. She mentioned how devastated she was and even admitted that, for a time, she fell out of love with music.

However, a lot has happened in her life in those two decades. She is now married and even has a child on the way. She also found her love of music, which she demonstrates during her fantastic audition. The young woman and mother-to-be can absolutely sing!

During her time to shine, Jessica sang Benson Boone’s wildly popular hit “Beautiful Things,” and she made it her own. Her vocal performance wowed everyone in the studio audience, with the camera catching several people as their eyes widened in astonishment.

The judges were also thoroughly impressed with Jessica’s dazzling cover of the Benson Boone tune. Mel B even remarked that Jessica has the voice of an angel. But it was Sofia who was bowled over the most and reached out to slam the Golden Buzzer for the young and supremely talented singer.

Jessica is someone who could probably sing anything and make it sound wonderful.
