Chick-fil-A Makes Waves with Epic Water Delivery

Chick-fil-A makes waves with an epic water delivery. The popular fast-food chain made a very unexpected move, bringing customers their orders by boat. Watch the short clip to see a Chick-fil-A employee bring customers their food in a way you likely have never seen.

Customer service is of the utmost importance, no matter what kind of business it is or what it’s attempting to sell. Many people spout that old saying that the customer is always right regarding business. That couldn’t be further from the truth. We have all witnessed uncomfortable and unfortunate incidents when the customer was very much in the wrong. Customers screaming at a server or someone working in a drive-thru are never right on any occasion.

However, even though some customers may choose to act poorly, customer service still matters a great deal. Businesses that treat their customers with kindness, respect and courtesy will likely see the same people return repeatedly. Chick-fil-A is a business known as much for its excellent customer service as it is for its delicious chicken sandwich.

In a clip posted on social media, the popular chicken joint has found yet another way to improve and raise its level of customer service. The short clip shows several people on a boat enjoying the water in Destin, Florida. They are having a fantastic time, even listening to Earth, Wind & Fire’s classic “September” when things are about to improve considerably.

That’s because seconds into the video, a Chick-fil-A employee pulls up on a boat with their orders. Yes, you read that correctly. Chick-fil-A apparently even delivers food by boat.

Just when you thought the company couldn’t get any better, they found another way to improve and delivered their tasty chicken on the water!

Galatians 5:13 “Because you, brothers, were marked out to be free; only do not make use of your free condition to give the flesh its chance, but through love be servants one to another.”
