Nate Bargatze shared the bizarre thing someone felt the need to tell him. The popular funnyman was more than a little surprised to receive this piece of true, but unnecessary information. Watch the short and hysterical clip to hear what Nate was told and how he reacted to it.

Everyone has pastimes and hobbies. Some people may enjoy reading, while others prefer outdoor activities like fishing or hunting. Those activities and interests are good and healthy, and help to take our minds off our concerns, worries and burdens for a short time. Even if it’s just for an hour or two, that is often a welcome and much-needed break from everyday life.

For Nate, his hobby and pastime of choice is golf. He has frequently discussed his love of golf, incorporating his hilarious and unexpected experiences on the links into his stand-up routine. In a clip posted on YouTube, Nate mentioned a conversation he had with someone about a very specific golf course. This course in North Carolina has one odd, very different feature about it, with Nate being a golfer, which likely intrigued him.

“The dumbest I’ve ever been talked to,” he said. “There’s, I like to golf, and so a guy was telling me, there’s a real golf course in North Carolina where they have llamas as the caddies. So, if you don’t know anything about golf, I mean, a caddie is, usually carries your bag around and tells you how far you are from the hole.”

I’m not sure how something like that would work, but then, again, I don’t understand how anyone can play golf. But what the guy felt he needed to tell Nate about the golf-caddying llamas will have you rolling with laughter.

“So, he told me that, and then he looks into my big dumb eyes, and he goes, ‘Just so you know, llamas can’t talk though,’” Nate added.

Hilariously, Nate was taken aback by the man’s statement, mainly because the man offered up this information without any prompting. Perhaps, as Nate suggests, he was trying to get ahead of Nate in case that was a question he was going to ask.
