Parenting is not an easy task. Anyone who says raising a tiny human is a piece of cake is either lying, insane or likely a little of both. That’s arguably the most challenging thing people do on Earth. I’m not sure if you’re aware of it or not, but children do not come with an instruction manual. Instead, the whole process is kind of a learn-as-you-go type of venture.

One of the reasons raising little ones is so difficult is because of their ironclad, unbreakable will when it comes to things like going to sleep. If they do not want to go to sleep, they will cry and scream, and cry and scream, and cry and scream. It’s almost like they instinctively know that every parent cannot stand loud, annoying noises. But they still have to go to sleep.

In a clip posted on YouTube, one father has created a helpful instruction manual for putting children to sleep. He takes every possible approach. Of course, some of them work better than others, but success will depend on individual cases. What works for his children may not be the correct method for your little one. Choose wisely!
