Patricia Heaton's Hilarious Workout Perfect For Parents

Hollywood actress and Christian Patricia Heaton has come up with a hilarious workout that is perfect for parents.

Being a parent is a wonderful blessing; anyone with children will wholeheartedly agree with that 100 percent true statement. Being a mom or a dad is, without question, the best and the most important title that you will ever hold in life. Children add so much joy, love and laughter to life.

However, as great as children are, they can be tiring, and their behavior may sometimes get on your nerves. For those times when you need a minute or two to yourself, you’ll be grateful and thankful that God created grandparents. Grandma and Grandpa will be more than happy to spend time with their lovely grandchildren.

But what about those times when your kids are being somewhat annoying, you’re at your wit’s end and grandma and grandpa are busy and unable to take the grandkids at the moment? What are you going to do now? You’ve got to be prepared to do something.

Luckily, Patricia Heaton has created the perfect workout for just those occasions. The Everybody Loves Raymond and The Middle actress has a workout specifically designed to help keep your parental instincts and movements strong and in tip-top shape.

The short clip begins with Patricia using a machine, pulling a cable with her right hand as she repeatedly points and says, “Go to your room!” The next portion of her workout program consists of Patricia on the ground, doing sit-ups, looking exhausted as she says, “I need to lie down.”

Finally, Patricia uses free weights in a manner that looks like she’s giving a hug and picking an object off the floor.

Patricia’s workout for parents is hilarious and so very relatable. Every mom and dad has said each of those phrases and made each of those movements when parenting their little bundles of joy.

Proverbs 22:6 “If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old he will not be turned away from it.”
