Children are only little for a limited amount of time. Blink and their childhoods are over. Sadly, this is a fact that every parent knows this all too well. Most would likely give anything to return to a time when their children were little and still living at home, dependent on mom and dad.

Because all children have a nasty habit of growing up, those childhood moments are precious and limited. Childhood is temporary, and parents must take every opportunity to spend time with their children, especially when they are little. Sometimes, parents spending time with their children means dropping everything they are doing and springing into action, literally. That is precisely what one father did in a sweet and adorable video posted on social media.

In the clip, a young lady, sitting on a couch by herself, looks off the camera and announces, in a distinct British accent, that she needs a “cuddle!” Seconds later, her father, having heard the little lady’s declaration, bounds into the room and jumps onto the couch. He gives his daughter the cuddle that she so desperately needs.

But the little girl is not satisfied. She tells her father, “We can do it again, Daddy!” He quickly leaves the room, but the little girl calls him back in, shouting once again that she needs a “cuddle.” He again responds to his daughter, running into the room to give his sweet daughter another massive, warm, loving embrace.

She repeats several more times that she needs “a cuddle,” and her father responds every single time.
