As the winds of Hurricane Milton battered communities and uncertainty loomed, the Turner Family Band stepped forward to bring hope. In the midst of the chaos, two women from the family sang a lovely rendition of 'What A Day It Will Be’ performance that encouraged so many. 

The video is captioned “Granny and Lee: Hurricane Milton day, but we are longing for a much better day!” Their impromptu performance became a moment of encouragement to so many who were struggling. Their voices echoed the promises of a future day of peace and calm when there would be no more storms and sorrow, and we would stand in the presence of Jesus.

In times of crisis, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by life’s storms both in the literal and figurative sense. Yet, the Turner’s family’s song reminds of a great reality. 

‘There is coming a day

When no heartaches shall come

No more clouds in the sky

No more tears to dim the eye’

There will be a day when we meet Jesus face to face, and we will know His amazing grace. This powerful truth points us to the hope we have in Him, even when life is falling apart. Viewers of this song left several dozen comments. One fan wrote, “I needed this at this moment! Thank you!  Praying for you this morning. Be safe!” Another commented on what it would be like to see our mighty God in person; she added, “I can't begin to imagine what a day that will be, but one day, I will know!”

No matter what it is you're facing in life, we pray this song shines brightly upon your day and you're blessed with the presence of Jesus.
