Cat Tries to Escape and Make a Run for It, But This Dog Has Other Plans
One cat tried to escape by climbing a chain-link fence and making a run for it, but a dog had other plans. One feline saw its opportunity to unleash its well-thought-out escape plan. Unfortunately for the cat, its canine pal foiled those plans—twice.
Most people are animal lovers and have a soft spot for those cute creatures, even if they don’t have pets themselves. But for those who have pets, their animal friend is likely either a dog or a cat. They are arguably the easiest to care for, and for the most part, they are self-sufficient. Not only that but who doesn’t love dogs and cats?
As much as we may love dogs and cats, they are generally considered natural enemies. Movies and television shows constantly portray dogs and cats in this way. It’s like there is an eternal struggle between dogs and cats, with the other always trying to get the upper hand. One clip posted on YouTube shows that there might be some truth to all those cat-versus-dog portrayals.
The short, 19-second video begins with a cat near a chain-link fence as it then starts to climb the barrier, hoping to get to the other side. The cat starts climbing, getting about halfway up the fence to the point where it can almost smell sweet freedom when its plan is thwarted.
A large black dog appears on the screen, racing over to the feline to remove the cat from the fence. The dog is less than gentle with the cat, as the canine brings the feline back to the ground, keeping it in the fenced-in yard. Of course, the cat does not appreciate this move from its canine friend.
Later in the clip, the cat tries scaling the fence again, but the cat’s efforts are in vain once again. The canine keeps the cat in the yard, angering the cat.
The dog’s efforts to keep the cat contained in the yard are not done with evil intentions. The dog genuinely wants to continue playing with the feline, hopping around with the cat after it returns to the ground each time.
Genesis 1:21 “And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”
