A cat takes on office duties and was spotted hilariously searching through files like a pro. The feline was caught hard at work, studiously looking at paperwork. Watch the short but absolutely hysterical and adorable clip of the cat putting in a solid day’s work.

Animals are some of the cutest, most precious creatures on Earth. I don’t think anyone could make a good counterargument to that statement. If anyone would say that is not the case, I think the hundreds of thousands of cat and dog videos on YouTube and other social media platforms prove otherwise.

Animals seemingly come up with endless ways to make us stop, stare and love them even more. When you think they have done almost everything they could possibly do, they do something else even cuter than before. Well, that is most certainly the case with one animal who was spotted doing a rather unusual activity, likely something you’ve never seen a cat do before.

In the clip posted on social media, Bob, an orange-and-cream-colored cat, was caught lending a hand, or rather, a paw, in the office. The video shows Bob using a small ladder to help himself reach a set of files in a veterinarian’s office. The helpful feline carefully looks through the files, searching for something specific. It’s unclear if Bob was able to find what he was looking for or not. The video stops before Bob’s search ends, with him likely pulling out a folder and spilling the file’s contents all over the floor.

The text in the video states that Bob’s help was needed due to the office being short-staffed. The clip’s description added that “desperate times call for desperate measures” and that “it’s time for Bob to start earning his keep.”

Depending on how Bob did with his file searching, he might be in line for a raise.
