We should all eat less fast food. As everyone knows, fast food is not the healthiest cuisine in the world. However, despite its lack of nutritional value, sometimes a large, greasy serving of fries or a loaded hamburger hits the spot. Who doesn’t love a little McDonald’s or Burger King now and then?

In a clip posted on YouTube, Nate admits that he and his family are really into fast food. In fact, they are such big fast food consumers that they have come up with fast food hacks. Specifically, Nate mentions that in a text thread, his father mentioned having devised an ingenious way to create what he describes as the perfect Big Mac.

Nate sarcastically adds that his father’s method may be much healthier.

“Our family text thread,” Nate said. “My dad texted. He was like, ‘I found a way to get a Big Mac cheaper.’ And he said, ‘You can order a double cheeseburger and ask for Big Mac sauce. So, he goes, ‘It’s cheaper, and they get rid of that third bun, so, It’s Atkins.”

From his response, it’s clear that Nate is not entirely sold on his father’s suggestion that he has come up with a healthier Big Mac.

“That’s how you do it,” Nate said. “That third bun is the one where you’re like, ‘I don’t know if I need the third bun.’”

You might laugh at what Nate’s father said about the Big Mac, but I bet you give his idea a try or at least consider doing it the next time you're at McDonald's.
