Young Woman Wows American Idol Judges with Powerful ‘Natural Woman’ Performance

A young woman wowed the American Idol judges with her powerful ‘Natural Woman” performance. The singer’s stunning rendition of the Aretha Franklin classic caused all three judges to sit up and take notice. Watch the short but powerful clip to see and hear the awe-inspiring cover of the beloved tune.

Many people want to become singers, dreaming of obtaining a career that allows them to record albums and perform in front of stadiums full of adoring fans. While that is a dream for many, it only becomes a reality for a few. Shows like American Idol, The Voice and America’s Got Talent help to make that abundantly clear.  Many people try out every year, but out of the hundreds of thousands that audition, only one is crowned the winner.

However, in a clip posted on YouTube, Gabby Samone showed that she could very well be the one left standing at the end of that season. In a matter of moments, she showed Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood and the rest of America that she has an abundance of musical talent. Her voice is incredible!

After a few moments of back-and-forth with the three judges, Gabby informs them she will be auditioning with Aretha Franklin’s “Natural Woman.”  Admittedly, Gabby’s audition starts a bit shaky, but once she gets comfortable and gets going, she is outstanding, showing everyone that she is in this competition to win it.

Gabby reaches for, hits and holds notes that most singers can only dream of hitting. Her voice is fantastic, and she hits a series of highly impressive notes.

All three judges were thoroughly blown away, giving each other knowing glances while she dazzled them with her voice.

It was a spectacular audition! Aretha would have been proud of that stunning rendition of her classic song.
