Thank You Lord!
Thanksgiving is one of the bigger holidays of the year. It was originally a time of the Pilgrims and early settlers of America to thank God for an abundant harvest. It is celebrated by family get-togethers and reflecting on the good things that happened in our lives. Many of us realize that it is good to thank God for our blessings and not just thank other people.
We do not have to wait for Thanksgiving to be thankful to God for all that he has done for us. If you think about it, you have so many blessings to be grateful for. It would be good to contemplate all that God has done in your life and thank him for it. In Ephesians 5: 19-20, Paul encourages us to 19 Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, 20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We should always give thanks. Thank You, Lord!
