‘Oh What A Love’ by Presence Music Band Celebrates the Power of Christ’s Love

Presence Music Band celebrates and recognizes the power of Christ’s love with their song “Oh What a Love.” The Duluth, Minnesota-based pop worship group stopped by the CCM Cafe and gave an exceptional acoustic performance of their song, featuring the talents of Cliff Williams of 7eventh Time Down.

None of us deserve the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ. There is nothing we could ever do to earn and become worthy of Christ’s love. We’re sinners, with all having fallen well short of the glory of God. The wages of sin is death. Yet, as the Bible says, even while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. That is a kind of love that is hard to explain or comprehend. He paid a debt that we can never repay. He did what no one else could.

He willingly went to the cross, suffering and dying, shedding His blood on our behalf. He didn’t have to do that, but He made that sacrifice and underwent horrific treatment for you and me. What an outstanding, astounding and inexplicable love!

Also, as Presence Music Band so beautifully articulates with their song, “Oh What a Love,” there is nothing we can do, nor is there anywhere we can go to get away from or avoid His love. He is always there with open arms, ready to forgive and extend His mercy and grace to sinners.

The powerful and moving lyrics perfectly describe Jesus Christ’s life-changing and life-saving love.

“Hallelujah
Oh, what a love I have found in Your arms
Hallelujah
Oh, what a love I’ve found”

Christ’s never-ending, powerful, hard-to-grasp and difficult-to-adequately-express love and forgiveness is available to everyone. He stands at the door and knocks, and all anyone must do to accept His love and forgiveness is open the door and let Him into their heart and life.

Presence Music Band’s “Oh What a Love” is available on all streaming services.

1 John 3:1 “See what great love the Father has given us in naming us the children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not see who we are, because it did not see who he was.”
