Plane Passengers Join Little Girl in Singing 'Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star'

Several passengers on an airplane unexpectedly joined a little girl in singing the beloved and classic lullaby “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.”

Traveling is rarely, if ever, fun. Most of the time, people trying to get from Point A to Point B are angry, upset and easily irritable, liable to go off at any moment for any reason. That is especially true when the selected mode of transportation is air travel.

The whole ordeal of flying is one big, giant hassle. Going through security at the airport is always a joyless and frustrating exercise. Then, finding your correct gate and terminal can be like searching for a needle in a haystack. And, of course, there is always the possibility that your flight could be delayed or canceled altogether. Even after you get on the plane and find your seat, it could be a while before you ever get in the air. So, that’s a little why people on an airplane are usually in the best mood.

However, a short but sweet video on YouTube captured a precious moment between a little girl and several people on an airplane. The video starts with the youngster standing in the aisle, waiting patiently. She may be waiting in line to get to her seat.

As the child stands, she unexpectedly breaks out in song. She begins belting “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.” But as she does, something magical happens. She gets quite a bit of help with her musical performance.

Approximately 10 seconds into the clip, several women join the youngster singing the familiar tune. Like everyone else watching the video, the little girl is taken aback by the other people joining in. As they start singing, the child turns around, almost as if to check if what she is hearing is really happening.

The rest of the clip is a sweet chorus of passengers singing the song. What a lovely and unexpected moment between the little girl and those passengers.

Ephesians 6:4 “And, you fathers, do not make your children angry: but give them training in the teaching and fear of the Lord.”
