Little Girl Gets Super Excited About the Groceries

A sweet little girl got super excited about the items bought at the grocery store.

Everyone has things they look forward to with anticipation and excitement. Of course, those things will and do change dramatically as we age. What was thought fun and thrilling as a child will not be the same as when you become an adult.

For most adults, the weekend, or some quiet time away from work, is likely the top item on their list of exciting things. That is likely followed closely by a nice, calm and uninterrupted nap. Some may even look forward to finally cracking that book open that you’ve had all week.

Those are all things that children dread. No child looks forward to naps. Most of them will actually fight tooth and nail against them. However, as one cute and hilarious video shows, children seem to get some thrill out of things that most adults dread doing.

The short clip begins with a toddler racing to see what her father brought home from the grocery store. She cannot wait to see what goodies and new items he has bought.

After getting to the bag on the floor, the youngster wastes no time uncovering the treasures. She reaches down in the bag, asking whether her father got “her milk.” However, what she pulls out of the bag is not exactly milk.

Her father informs her that she is not holding milk but vinegar. “Vin-dinner?” she responds.

The next item that gives her a thrill is the receipt. She is absolutely overjoyed by the piece of paper that itemizes everything purchased at the store. No adult has ever been excited about a receipt. That sweet and hilarious reaction over a receipt could only come from a child.

But that is not all. The child is overjoyed by honeydew melon, coffee beans and walnuts.

Proverbs 22:6 “If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it.”
