A sweet pup found a way to hilariously beat the heat by relaxing in front of a fan.

Summer is a great time of year. It’s arguably the best of the four seasons, a statement that is sure to find much agreement. The summer season has a lot going for it. Amusement and water parks are open. It’s typically the year when families go on those long-awaited and much-anticipated vacations. There is even more daylight in the summertime. There is so much to love about summer.

However, like most things in life, summer has downsides. Cities and towns around the country also take advantage of the excellent weather and use it as time to complete road construction projects. This can make that commute last a little longer. But by far, the biggest drawback to summer is the often humid, muggy and scorching weather conditions.

One of the worst feelings (in my opinion) is the pain and agony of being sunburnt. A short but hilarious clip on YouTube shows that one adorable pooch is also not a fan of the uncomfortably warm weather. Luckily, the cute, furry, four-legged creature has found a way to cool down.

The short, 14-second clip shows the golden retriever grabbing a much-needed nap in front of an oscillating fan. The dog is not bothered by the large amount of air being sent in its direction. Instead, the dog seems to enjoy the air, almost welcoming it.

Dogs and cats are some of the most hilarious creatures on earth. They can take any space and, within minutes, make it home, claiming it as theirs. Most canines and felines are also pretty great at napping. They can sleep in just about any place, at any time and position.

But it’s unclear what those animals are always so tired of. Maybe from all that sleeping?
