Clothed in Christ

Clothed in Christ

Labor Day holiday began in 1882, originating from a desire by the Central Labor Union to create a day off for the "working man". Many people wear special clothes or uniforms for their job helping other to recognize them by how they are clothed. We should also be recognized as Christians by being "Clothed in Christ". Pray for those gathered here this day, that the Holy Spirit will open to us the word of the Lord, and that God will lead us all to follow him.
