Many evangelical Christians are rushing to embrace Miss USA contestant Carrie Prejean because her statement opposing to gay marriage cost her the Miss USA title. While I have nothing against Ms. Prejean, this is yet another example of the sad state of the Christian culture in America. Instead of desperately needing celebrities and politicians to represent us in the mainstream culture, we should be representing Jesus Christ to people in the world that desperately need salvation!
