One passover night in the upper room, Jesus held up a cup filled with red wine and spoke these words that no one had heard before "This is the New Covenant in My Blood." Seven weeks later on the day of Pentecost, the fire fell, and the Spirit came to dwell with men. The risen Christ was dispensing Life. Life was now Resurrection Life. "In Him was Life and the Life was the light of men." The meaning is significant, it should be life changing. For the believer, it is our identity. It is from our position "In Christ" that life is now lived out. It's now walking in harmony with God through the Spirit. It's bringing heaven to earth in all areas of life. Let us live up to what we have already attained.
