Sept 12, 2009 -Refuge Family Worship Center will host its annual Block Party Festival in the Oaks Apartments (formerly Willow Arms Apartments) picnic area. The park is located in E. 6th street and Brush Avenue. It will start at 5 pm and will go until about 10 pm. There will be lots of food, games, and fellowship. So tell your family, friends, and neighbors so they can come out and have a good time.
