Caleb: A gift legacy for the future

Caleb fought for, and claimed Hebron for himself only to give it away to Israel. That gift was to be a gift legacy for the future for the city was to be one of the six cities of refuge. That city was to provide protection for future 'man-slayers' (those who had killed someone accidentally) from the 'avenger of blood' in order that a fair trial be given Caleb gave his best to God.
