My wife feels and understands my love for her according to what my character has impressed upon her. Love is the revelation of the heart of the Father. Love is kind, does not take in account of wrongs suffered, never fails. The one who is not a revelation of the heart of the Father does not know God. Am I a revelation of the heart of the Father to my wife? Does she feel protected by me? Christ is a revelation of the heart of the Father. I demonstrate His heart to my wife by learning to care for her as Christ would.
